We've been instructed to always test against HEAD
and there were some changes to ap_get_mime_headers_core
since 2.0.46 that make it non-obvious how to merge your
changes. If it is not too much trouble, could you please
post a diff/patch against the current HEAD version so
that we can verify the fix?
