Licence of svn_load_dirs

Blair,

as author of svn_load_dirs, could you declare copyright/licence
information to it?

Thanks,
Max.

I wouldn't want to go that far without at least getting a legal
opinion from someone qualified. We have plenty of good faith reasons
to believe that distributing the program is okay, and so far no sign
that anyone who might conceivably be a rights holder objects.

Um.

Well, I think it depends on: Do you feel, based on when and where (at
home or at work) and why (at the behest of your company or on your own
initiative) you wrote it, and the terms of your contract of employment,
that you or your employer own the rights?

If it's your employer, then I think we must delete svn_load_dirs from
the repository, on the basis that we have no rights to distribute it.

Max.

Well, most of those were written while I was employed at a DemoGraFX
(which was acquired by Dolby many years ago).

So how does that work? I guess the copyright mark should name either
DemoGraFX or Dolby? But choosing the license should be left to a
current Dolby employee?

Regards,
Blair

and mirror_dir_through_svn.cgi and svn_all_diffs.pl too for that matter :-)
