this kind of question.

Having two CAS servers seems to me like a very strange use case. One CAS
server with two authentication handlers would be more understandable to me.

That said, I don't understand how you want to try one CAS server and if it
"doesn't work", the other one. What do you mean by "doesn't work" ?
