Previously, this PR was blocked by [FLINK-10222](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-10222) due to the keyword problem. At present, the issue has been fixed. I have also updated this PR and solved some conflicts. When you have time, can you review this PR? thanks.
