Synopsis: 
tomcat-apache.conf paths relative to %TOMCAT_HOME% rather than Context's docBase

Description:
The Tomcat-generated tomcat-apache.conf file does not use the proper context path found in the server.xml file to create the Alias & Directory directives. Instead, it uses the default %TOMCAT_HOME%/webapps as the root of the context.
