[I] Revisit the UX and access to the revision page (tooling-trusted-releases)
dave2wave opened a new issue, #1296:

The page rendered by `get/revisions.py` uses an archaic way to generate its phase display.
1. This needs to be altered to use the updated method in `render.py` from PR #1292
2. We need to discuss the UX to get to this page from Compose and Finish phases.
