Changes link points to wrong address when in sub-directory
Hi,
It seems like the linking to the Changes page is wrong. No time to look
into fixing it now, but it's assuming that the changes page is in the
current directory. For example, look at
http://perl.apache.org/release/docs/tutorials/client/browserbugs/browserbugs.html
The Changes link at the bottom points to an invalid URI.
