description changed from Hi,
This could be a bug in Cactus. In my server side code I have set some
attributes in my session and I am retrieving it later. I am writing a test case
to emulate the behavior where I set the attribute in my test case and the class
under test retrives the attribute.
I need to set it the following way in my test case
pageContext.getSession().setAttribute(VAFConstants.VAF_CONFIGURATION,
vafConfiguration);
where vafConfiguration is a properties object.
The session object I get is null. But it is null only when I get it from the
pageContext. When I say request.getSession() I get a session object.
I might be missing something here but this is preventing me from moving on with
my test cases and I think it is a bug.
Thanks,
