New code for namespace handling in the server

Hi,

I rewrote the server code for namespace handling in PROPFIND and PROPPATCH
using DOM2. It should be much cleaner and compliant than before.

I tested it using a variety of custom namespaces using the client (with
propget / propput), and it appears to be running fine. Since accurate
namespace handling is very important in WebDAV, please report any issue with
namespaces that may have been introduced by the new code.
