JIRA - Closed vs Resolved
Should we be Closing, or Resolving JIRA issues ? Does it matter ?

Now, from a while ago, we decided to resolve the issues instead of
them. Then, they can be bulk-closed after the release is done. This is
very handy to generate the release notes...
