Installation failed when running apache_2.0.44-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi from my 
(F:) drive to install at (c:\apache).

I copied apache_2.0.44-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi from my F: drive to c:\ and ran it 
from there.

Installation worked perfectly.
