When you configure a processor, the Configure Processor window opens with the tab that was most recently selected.

This same behavior should occur when configuring a connection.  For example, if a user changes the back pressure settings on a connection, the next Configuration Connection dialog should open with the Settings tab selected.   The current behavior is that the Details tab is always the default.
