*Case1:*
User group with name 'admin' is created.
If user creates the user group with the existing name (only case is different) the error message shows up:
{color:#de350b}Group name already exists.{color}

 

If allow to create such group names user will *not be able to log in* DataLab. But all names are added to DB only in lower case.
