POP3 code committed.
In case anybody cares, I have committed the POP3 module. I don't have
docs that tell you how to turn it on yet, but the code is there. It is
relatively easy to follow if you understand the HTTPD code. I'll continue
to work on this as I have time, but the more people who get involved, the
better.

There is pop3-dev@apache.org in the CC list of Ryan's mail.
Is this the ML about httpd-pop3?
I've just tried sending subscribing email to
pop3-dev-subscribe@apache.org but failed.

I'll get it set up, but it may take a few days. Be patient with us
please.
Thanks for the interest.

It's in its own brand new module: httpd-pop3

I have sent a new rsyncd.conf file directly to Brian that has this
information. It is just waiting for him to see it and implement it.

You should probably add the rsync symlinks as well, since
% rsync dev.apache.org:: |grep -i pop3
%
does not provide any results.
