Ant and non-tomcat taskdefs

I'm going to be using ant to do some NetRexx (a language that compiles to
bytecodes) work in the very near future and will be writing a taskdef for
NetRexx compilation.

I was wondering if I should submit these (and any other taskdefs I might
write) to the tomcat or possibly new ant project?
