[jira] Commented: (GERONIMO-5297) Develop a script to use Jconsole

Jarek Gawor commented on GERONIMO-5297:
---------------------------------------
This script shouldn't be necessary. With Java 6 and jconsole one should be able to connect to Geronimo server process via a local process.
The remote connection should be documented in our online documentation (which already is somewhere I think) and/on included in the readme file distributed with Geronimo.

> It's always time-consuming to figure out the correct url when connecting to Geronimo with Jconsole. Based on the suggestion from Kevan, we could create a script so that user don't have to input a long long string every time. Might think about the differences between Java 5 and 6.
> The script should be put in /bin directory.
