[jira] [Created] (FELIX-5903) FrameworkStartCheck does not work by default on bndtools

Christian Schneider created FELIX-5903:
------------------------------------------

Summary: FrameworkStartCheck does not work by default on bndtools
                 Key: FELIX-5903
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-5903
             Project: Felix
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: System Ready
    Affects Versions: systemready-0.2.0
            Reporter: Christian Schneider
            Assignee: Christian Schneider
             Fix For: systemready-0.4.0

Bndtools uses only one framework start level "1" and default bundle start level "1".

The current code in FrameworkStartCheck checks for default bundle level +1. So this check never succeeds.

I propose to fix this by expecting the framework start level to be default bundle start level by default.
