GetQuote Sample

Hi,

I have modified the GetQuote.wsdl file that came with Axis-1_0 (last beta
before RC1) so that I could use it with .NET "wsdl.exe" tool to create a
C-sharp client.

I needed to do this to see if basic interoperability between Axis and .NET
was possible - and it is, for at least this sample server.

If you are interested here are the changes I made:

Summary of changes:

1. in definitions element: change XMLSchema URL from year 1999 to 2001:

	xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"

2. Add an input element for porttype, operation "test"
3. Define a message for the input to "test".
