While form enctype is not set,output html get default value urlencoding.In this case,when input chinese character in input text,after submit,the result was not what I want.After all,I found a temporary solution for this,set the form enctype to multipart/form-data,the input character is encoded right.But I don't know what effect of this on earth except of character encode.
