Anyone can explain this error message?

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content
starting with element 'Flat_POBox'. One of '{"":Flat_POBox}' is expected.
What does the "":Flat_POBox mean?  Is it an either/or situtation?  Or is it
something to do with the namespace?

I'd be grateful if someone could tell me! :)
