Javadocs formatting errors in org.apache.axis.encoding

Summary: Javadocs formatting errors in org.apache.axis.encoding
           Product: Axis
           Version: current (nightly)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@ws.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dan@envoisolutions.com

There are some annoying formatting issues when javadocs are generated in a few
of the TypeMapping related classes. One of the more persave errors is that
@author tags should not be at the top of the javadoc, otherwise all the
documentation goes under the "Author:" section.
