Error *unknown hostname 'vulcan' is the error I receive.

I have a working server. 2 pc's attach fine to the server. I am using
svnserve.
The URL is svn://vulcan/Repositories/MajorDonorRepo/MDTrunk.

A new, 3rd pc brings up   Error *unknown hostname 'vulcan' when I
try to view the repository in the Repo Browser (Using Tortoise) . The server
'vulcan' can
be viewed and mapped on the new pc.

All client pc's are XP pro

Any thoughts?
