This change is to rename the shipped Atlas model files. The currently start 0010,0020,0030.
We will not rename the file 0010 base model file. 
We will rename 0020... -> 1020... , 0030 -> 1030 etc. 

This renumbering will create space for new models - for example those in ATLAS_1836 to be added.
