> When an experiment is cancelled the exp status changes to CANCELING and immediately changes again to CANCELLED while job status is in QUEUED and it keep changing to a final state while the exp is in CANCELLED.

> When an experiment is cancelled experiment status should change to CANCELING immediately and then the job status will change accordingly. After he job status reaches a final status (CANCELLED, COMPLETED) the experiment status should change to CANCELLED.
