The perf test framework records the Broker's version number in the test results  to the results database.  Currently, it doesn't have access to the Broker version number, so it uses the JMS client's version number instead.  This kludge works for the legacy Qpid JMS client where the two version numbers are in synch, but not for the Qpid JMS client.

Change the perf test framework to use AMQP Management to retrieve the version number, if it is available.
