   Hi,  the plan was to remove those fields from `issue` and calculate the latest updated time for differential collection by `changelogs/remotelinks/worklogs` itself,  but this approach had been proven unreliable by @mindlesscloud lately, and my calculation code was removed already, seemed like we have to keep those fields now.
   Sorry I didn't notice the issue earlier and wasted your time.
   I have to close this since it is no longer valid.
   FYI I'm working on issue #2117 to improve the old approach with these fields if you want to know more.
   Feel free to reach out and discuss if you had doubts.
   Again, sorry, it is my fault.
