- While clicking on refresh button of tag tab if tag which is deleted from other sessions and it is active from UI side, then the browser URL should update with the first tag if available.
- Above scenario should be happened for browser refresh, as well. 
- If user type in tag-name into URL which does not exist in tag list,  then the browser URL should update with the first tag if available.
