   *  Add explanations for `pulsar-daemon start standalone`.
   
   *  Apply the **Title Case** rule for all headings.
   
   * Change **gerunds** to **base verbs** in headings. 
   The gerund is commonly used as a heading since it is suggestive and softer, while the heading plays a significant role in the search result, and using the imperative (base verb) means the heading of the topic match closely to the questions entered by users. For example, users type search keywords like "run pulsar manually" instead of "running pulsar manually".
