DO NOT REPLY [Bug 47463] New: IndexOptons +NameWidth doc is
misleading
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=47463
Summary: IndexOptons +NameWidth doc is misleading
Product: Apache httpd-2
Version: 2.3-HEAD
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: trivial
Priority: P5
Component: Documentation
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: covener@gmail.com
-NameWidth (or unset) allows mod_autoindex to calculate the best width.
Default/unset does calculate the size, but caps the displayed name to the first
20 characters.
I read the current description of the default as much closer to the NameWidth=*
does.
