File /WEB-INF/web.xml not found

Hi,

Running the newapp from turbine is giving me some problems. I edited the
build.bat, catalina.bat and the build-project.bat for the JAVA_HOME variable
and they seem to work fine. The newapp gets created, the build-project.bat
executes fine and i can startup the Tomcat servlet engine.

But when i try to access the newapp from
http://localhost:8080/newapp/servlet/newapp as indicated in the
documentation i get a HTTP 404 file not found error. When i look in the
local-host log there seems to be an error with the web.xml file which can't
be found, but it is there:
2001-05-15 07:39:47 Internal Error: File /WEB-INF/web.xml not found.

Did i forget something when building the project. I can see the
http://localhost:8080/newapp page and for the rest everything was done
according to the getting-started-tdk documentation.

Hope someone has an idea,
