   ## Summary
   
   - Forward-ports CAUSEWAY-4055 Secman JPA bidirectional association consistency fixes for user-role assignments and tenancy hierarchies.
   - Makes assigned-role deletion safe by clearing owning user associations before removal.
   - Adds persistence integration coverage for assignment, removal, reassignment, idempotence, and deletion.
   - Forward-ports CAUSEWAY-4042 support for replaying a single command.
   - Retains v4's existing recording-aware safe-action command-publishing behavior, which already incorporates the maintenance regression fix.
   - Archives and synchronizes both completed OpenSpec changes.
   
   ## Validation
   
   - Command-log tests: 168 passed.
   - Secman applib and persistence-jpa tests: 13 passed.
   - Targeted Secman integration tests: 5 passed.
   - Recording-aware command-publishing tests: 16 passed.
   - Metamodel regression test: 1 passed.
   - OpenSpec strict validation: 48 items passed.
