Build Error for Java project

Hi folks,
I am a newbie in Arrow. I try to build Java part and failed with the following error. Anyone has ideas to resolve it? Thank you!

[ERROR] Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
[ERROR] mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=com.vlkan -DartifactId=flatc-linux-x86_32 -Dversion=1.2.0-3f79e055 -Dpackaging=exe -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
