The HausKeys.jar generated by the registration servlet does not get installed in the mobile phone (Nokia E65). The Jar file is reported invalid. Checked the manifest file and found that the Midlet-Name was empty in the manifest.mf file of the downloaded jar. Modified the generated jar file in the server by adding  HausKeys against the Midlet-Name and re-generated the jar. The jar file works well after this change. The HausKeys.jad file has the name against Midlet-Name.
