This problem remains from previous version of Apache.
Both Child and Parent directories are shown with the same icon.

It does not take in account the directive:
AddIcon /icons/Bultas/back.gif ..

Icon is taken from directive:
AddIcon /icons/folder.gif ^^DIRECTORY^^
