Old site vs. new web site

Hi,

Last week, we had several complains about the old CMS being first in Google. It is confusing to get outdated documentation first in Google. Is there anything we can do to improve this ? 
For the iPOJO part of the web site, everything was  migrated, so we can safely delete it. Is it something we can do ? The best would be to introduce a banner on all pages to indicate the availability of the new site.
