How do you make Apache to access remote tomcat with mod_jk ?

Hi !
Valeriy told it's possible to 
access remote tomcat server from
Apache.
I guess configuration is necessary in
tomcat.conf and mod_jk.conf.
If possible could someone tell me
what propeties are the one to
configure.

Would be great help!
