I'll confirm that there does seem to have been a change, e.g.,

  http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/james/server/branches/v2.3/build.xml?view=markup

does not display what I've grown to expect.  I'm told that the viewvc install is pretty much stock.  Did the default templates change, or did we have custom ones in the past?
