The currently available roles are very coarse granular being a mere observer or a full manager of a repository.

It would be helpful to be able to create new roles that have limited access to the repository.

An example role could grant the right to upload new artifacts without the right to fully manage the repository (including deletion of artifacts).

Another example role could grant the right to merge without the right to fully manage the repository.
