Create separate RPM and DEB files for the ambari-views named ambari-views-package
This will help reduce the size of ambari-server rpm. 
User will be able to install ambari-views using this RPM /DEB. This package will have dependency on the ambari-server package. 
Note : ambari-admin view will still be shipped with ambari-server package and not inside ambari-views-package.
