XML-Xerces

Hello,

After downloading and configuring xerces-c-source, I tried to compile.
Unfortunately, the process fails.  Attached is a dump of stderr.  I was
wondering if anyone could help me get this built.  

We are using RedHat linux 7.3 and gcc and g++ supplied with the RedHat
distribution, i.e. all standard conditions.  

Can anyone interpret these results and suggest a course of action?
