[jira] [Updated] (GORA-67) Fix gora-core tests
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GORA-67?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Lewis John McGibbney updated GORA-67:
-------------------------------------
Attachment: GORA-67-1.patch
As per [1], this DOES NOT fix the tests, however it does stop 5 tests from failing, rather there are errors in the tests now. Although I agree this is a minor improvement, it is non-the-less an improvement as as I am stretched for time at the moment, it would be great to apply these patches at incremental stages. The log output can be seen below indicating the change from failure to error in the 5 test cases involved.
[1] http://hadoop.apache.org/common/docs/r0.20.0/jdiff/changes/org.apache.hadoop.io.serializer.SerializationFactory.html
Results :
Failed tests:
testCountQuery(org.apache.gora.avro.mapreduce.TestDataFileAvroStoreMapReduce)
testWordCount(org.apache.gora.avro.mapreduce.TestDataFileAvroStoreMapReduce)
Tests in error:
testSerdeEmployee(org.apache.gora.mapreduce.TestPersistentSerialization)
testSerdeEmployeeOneField(org.apache.gora.mapreduce.TestPersistentSerialization)
testSerdeEmployeeTwoFields(org.apache.gora.mapreduce.TestPersistentSerialization)
testSerdeWebPage(org.apache.gora.mapreduce.TestPersistentSerialization)
testSerdeMultipleWebPages(org.apache.gora.mapreduce.TestPersistentSerialization)
Tests run: 56, Failures: 2, Errors: 5, Skipped: 0
[ERROR] There are test failures.
