Combo build file

Just added an extra build file that should be useful: allavalonbuild.xml

Main target
This builds the dists for each subproject in build and dist dirs
parallel to the jakarta-avalon-* dirs. Ie, in the same place as tomcat
and servletapi. It also sets the links for the documentation to be local
rather than web.

The advantage of this is that you can ./build.sh clean your cvs working
dirs without losing the dists and docs.

(Needs excalibur to be fixed per earlier email)

javadocs target
This builds one set of javadocs from the 6 repos. Which makes it easier
to follow the dependencies between projects.
