Windows 8.1 on VCL

Hi,

I¹ve been trying to add Windows 8.1 to VCL.
Didn¹t have much success with UAC & Metro (need Metro to work), almost got
it working by editing security policy.

Found Œelevate¹ utility
(http://jpassing.com/2007/12/08/launch-elevated-processes-from-the-command-
line/), which makes everything work as expected.

Can Œelevate¹ be added to VCL?
Will this cause any licensing issues?
ŒElevate¹ is under terms of MIT License.
