Failing test cases of the NIO transport on 1.3 branch

Folks,

Does any body know the reason for the Nhttp transport test failures, if
those are issues with the test case, then lets get these test cases fixed
ASAP, or get rid of those test cases. Having broken test cases is worst than
having no tests, since it affects the other test cases as well. I am saying
this because we have almost neglected the build failures and cannot even
figure out an actual test failure as well.

If these test cases are correct and there are actual failures, can we please
get those fixed ASAP. The dev list is filled with build failures. :-(

PS: Transports release is almost done, (I just need to publish the
artifacts) so we need to now start on the Synapse-1.3 release, it is hanging
too much.
