== Contest Rules ==
Anyone can submit as many logo's as they want. The community appears to want an association with the sun and something fairly scalable. An adjoining favicon that is representative of the full logo would be nice if it doesn't size that well. Go wild.

Entries will be accepted until <DATE> at which time a community poll will be taken into consideration by the developers in picking the new logo.

Please attach logo entries to Jira issue SOLR-84. You will need a Jira id if you don't already have one, which you can sign up for at http://issues.apache.org/jira/.

When you attach your logo, be sure to choose the option to grant a license to the ASF:

    * Grant license to ASF for inclusion in ASF works (as per the Apache Software License)

The only logos that will be considered are those for which the license has been granted to the ASF by someone with the authority to do so.
