+1 This is a good idea. We could do something similar to MDN which web devs are already familiar with. Look at Browser compatibility here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/DOMError

Most of these quirks simply state that a platform ignores a certain option. Ideally, these should all be condensed into something like a support matrix so that we don't have a giant wall of text for quirks.
