Yes, it would help if your build instructions contained a Windows 32-bit
example. This is my first experience with CMake and it took a while to
figure this out.   

It would also help if you explain that "/path/to/xerces-c/source" is the
top-level Xerces directory that contains "src", not "Xerces/src".  The CMake
error for passing the wrong source path is very misleading. 

Now that I understand how to run CMake, it's much easier to build
Win/Linux/Mac versions of Xerces. Thanks for making this change.
