Users want to be able to snapshot more than one region at a time.  The use case is they have related data in different regions and they want a snapshot with consistency or it's useless.  

Currently you can only snapshot one region at a time.

Investigate and provide a level of effort on how can we snapshot multiple regions at the same time.
