Subtask under DRILL-2363 to add support for impersonation for Hive storage plugin.

When impersonation is enabled, Drill currently impersonates as process user (user who started the Drillbits) when accessing table metadata/data in Hive. This task is to add support for impersonating the user who issued the query when accessing Hive metadata/data.
