   Could you review and merge apache/logging-parent#507 and perform the same `js-yaml` upgrade in the `gha/v0` branch of that repo?
   
   The idea is to keep all NPM updates in the `gha/v0` branch and in every other repo use:
   
   ```json
   {
     "dependencies": {
       "@org.apache.logging/logging-parent": "github:apache/logging-parent#gha/v0"
     }
   }
   ```
